Beef Cabbage Soup with Hamburger


Another very straightforward recipe for you with only minor changes by me.

Beef Cabbage Soup with Hamburger

My adaptations:

  • I use frozen onions. I have switched to all frozen vegetables except for when we make Pad Thai. This has really cut down on food waste at our home.
  • I double the ground beef to 2 pounds. My husband is a carnivore, and 1 pound is not enough for him.
  • I omit Bay Leaves. I don't think they add that much flavor, and they're a pain to pick out of the soup.
